Information Security Management (ISM) is a governance system that sets out to protect the systems and data in the organisation. It is captured in several Acts of Parliament such as Data Protection, Freedom of Information, Computer Misuse and others.

An international information security management system (ISO 27001) has also been developed and provides clear guidance on all aspects of ISM. Wide ranging and perhaps daunting, nevertheless there is a growing necessity to adopt its principles as organisations exhange information, but need to protect sensitive and private data.

We have a qualified ISM practitioner with the expertise to assist you with general information security matters by undertaking a health check of your Information systems, or provide a full blown information security gap analysis aligned to ISO 27001 framework which will give you, and just as importantly, those with whom you do business, confidence that you give data confidentially and information security a high priority.
